    A revolutionary online tool to inform and increase charitable giving

    The Columbus Foundation has introduced PowerPhilanthropy, the unique gateway to information about central Ohio nonprofit organizations. This online resource is available anywhere, anytime, and provides vital facts about a nonprofit’s management, finances, and programs through objective nonprofit portraits.

    Each portrait includes comprehensive information that is provided by nonprofit organizations and validated by Columbus Foundation staff annually.

    PowerPhilanthropy was created to provide donors with the knowledge and resources needed to make effective giving decisions, and to lift up the strengths and needs of the local nonprofit sector.

    Visit www.columbusfoundation.org to register for a username and password and begin connecting with more than 340 local nonprofit organizations.

    The Columbus Foundation is the trusted philanthropic advisor to more than 1,600 individuals, families, and businesses who want to make a difference in the lives of others through charitable giving. For 64 years, people from all walks of life have partnered with the Foundation and created unique named funds to support the causes they care about.
