Grantmaking Focus and Application Instructions

For some of the most specialized funds, The Columbus Foundation employs unique application
processes, approving grants to fulfill the intent of the donor.  As such, the purposes, applications,
deadlines, and frequency of deadlines are specific to each fund (see below). PowerPhilanthropy 
portraits are not required for these grant opportunities.

 

Dorothy E. Ann Fund (D.E.A.F)

Teacher Mini-Grants

Mini-grants (maximum of $500) to teachers of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.

Technology that Supports Literacy Mini-Grants

Mini-grants (maximum of $1,000) to teachers of children who are deaf or hard of hearing, enabling the teacher to purchase technology.
