The Columbus Foundation Announces Leadership Team Additions and Expansion of Corporate Services

Following today’s meeting of The Columbus Foundation’s Governing Committee, it was announced that the Foundation is expanding its Leadership Team and expanding its Employee Assistance Program to include additional corporate clients.

The Foundation’s Employee Assistance Program currently serves 11 corporations. Given the increased value of these programs in addressing the challenges brought about during the COVID-19 pandemic, an unprecedented number of additional companies have expressed interest in being added to the Foundation’s client list for these services.

“With the increase in need due to COVID-19, companies are looking for avenues to support their associates financially. An EAP is a great way for a company to assist their associates in a very private and efficient way,” said Stefanie Coffman, Manager of Corporate Philanthropy at The Columbus Foundation.

Meanwhile, in recognition of his 20 years of service and value to The Columbus Foundation, Steve Moore has been added to its newly named Leadership Team, in a role that will build on his current role as Director for Donor Services and add the title “Community Counsel.”

“Steve Moore has earned this title of Community Counsel over his two decades of service to our donors and indeed his counsel to many in our community. From his work at Huckleberry House to OSU to his contributions here and to organizations such as Philanthropy Ohio, on whose board Steve serves, Steve has distinguished himself in his uniquely humble but hugely insightful way and helped The Columbus Foundation be the community resource it strives to be.”

DOUGLAS F. KRIDLER, PRESIDENT AND CEO OF THE COLUMBUS FOUNDATION

In addition, Brad Britton, J.D., LL.M., Director of Planned Giving and General Counsel, and Pamela Straker, Director of Human Resources, were also added to the Foundation’s Leadership Team in recognition of their current roles and functions.
