Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio brings people together to inspire hope, build homes, empower families, and develop communities. It aims to create a world where everyone has a decent place to live.

Your support for this Better Together campaign enabled a group of children at Directions for Youth & Families summer camp to develop leadership skills, collaborate, and increase community involvement by working together on The Playhouse Project.

The Playhouse Project at Habitat for Humanity-MidOhio partners with organizations to build and customize a playhouse for a local family in need. “Playing house” is often the first time a child starts to think what a home means to them. These playhouses provide children a world where they can create make-believe stories that foster their development, leadership, and creativity.
