At FCOHARES, the members of our Emergency Communications Readiness Program regularly test radio equipment and antennas at several agencies in Franklin County. This ensures that this equipment is ready for an emergency. The members are a trained group of ham radio operators ready to step in and operate the equipment in a communications emergency.
