THANK YOU FOR YOUR GENEROUS CONTRIBUTIONS!

Thanks to you and other generous donors, Learning 4 Life Farm is on its way to launching a transition job training program for youth on the autism spectrum.

According to Autism Speaks, 85 percent of adults with autism are unemployed or underemployed, and only 17 percent live on their own. Learning 4 Life Farm seeks to disrupt that trend by empowering teens and young adults with autism and making a clear difference in their quality of life. Its future seven-acre nonprofit farm in Johnstown, Ohio will have animal-assisted therapy alpacas, organic gardens, and a retail shop, with a goal of serving 75 participants per year.

We are Better Together!

“Since 2019 we’ve been working to build our job training alpaca farm for teens and young adults with autism. We have received so much support from volunteers, local businesses and organizations, and families who want to see this program happen - thanks to them we built our barn last fall. With help from the community we can finish farm construction this year, bring in our alpacas and launch our full job training program in 2023.”
